Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate the dispute resolution process by sending a written notice to info@riyadhresidential.com describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through direct communication within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts as specified in Section 12.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
• Extended periods of inactivity on subscription accounts
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of The Vanderbilt Portfolio to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective only if made in writing and signed by The Vanderbilt Portfolio.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any terms specific to Premium Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Vanderbilt Portfolio regarding your use of the Site. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and us regarding the Site.

18. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, successor, or acquirer without restriction.

19. Force Majeure

The Vanderbilt Portfolio shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, power outages, internet disruptions, or acts of third parties.
